Raj is a physicist who has a deep interest in developing circular economy solution and minimizing waste in biomedical research.
Raj has more than 30 years of experience in research and teaching in diverse areas including biophysics, biochemistry and physiology, especially in nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) and its applications. He is currently a Professor Emeritus at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He holds a PhD degree in Physics from IIT Kanpur, India and did postdoctoral research at IBM Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY. He has authored/co-authored over 200 publications in various prominent international journals.
