Ritu is a passionate chemical engineer who loves to work on circular solutions to reduce our impact on planet earth.

Ritu has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and training in diverse streams including biofuels, circular economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), waste upcycling, and sustainable development.

She worked as a Project Developer in CLEAR RIVERS, a foundation based in the Netherlands, which is involved in retrieving the plastic from rivers and upcycling. She also served as a chemical process engineer in Unitel Technologies, an engineering and consulting company based in Chicago, USA. She was involved in the development and design of biodiesel, cellulosic ethanol, bio-butanol process. She also worked as a deputy manager in Enhanced WAPP Systems, a waste management company based in New Delhi, India. She started her career as an assistant professor in RIT, Raipur, India.

She holds a Master Of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India.
